This section features all information needed to prepare your arrival at SPCT Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Vessels should send ETA 48 hours, 36 hours and 24 hours in advance through an agent or by telex/fax/e-mail or direct on VHF Ch 16 at least 4 hours in advance.
