SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PANGASIUS FILLETS
Fillets with boneless and skinless, belly flap-off.
Fillets without residues of skins, fat or superficial blood spots.
Fillets with uniform color, frozen fresh flesh look like flaked.
Fillets with white color, lean meat, firm tender texture and with special characteristic taste of mild buttery flavor of the PANGASIUS FISH.
Fillets after cooking without odour of muddy. Not break aftercooking, looksponge-like.
Fillets temperature at delivery: -180C.
